KI-AutoNet Workshop: Campus Network Operators, Users, Integrators & Manufacturers
Domain-agnostic workshop on how AI and digital twins can support the planning, operation, and optimization of private 5G/6G campus networks.
The final KI-AutoNet workshop is not dedicated to one specific industry. Instead, it addresses the key stakeholder groups involved in private 5G/6G campus networks: network operators, users, integrators, and manufacturers.
The workshop explores how artificial intelligence and digital twins can make the planning, operation, and optimization of campus networks easier, more efficient, and more cost-effective. After an introduction to the KI-AutoNet project and the current state and challenges of campus networks, participants discuss concrete application scenarios and the potential of AI-supported automation.
A central part of the workshop is an interactive session covering four stages of the 5G/6G campus network lifecycle. Participants identify requirements and challenges for AI assistance and automation at each stage. The results are then compared with findings from a questionnaire, discussed, and prioritized. In this way, participants can contribute their own practical requirements directly to the KI-AutoNet research project.
