AI Voice Agents for Customer Support: Orchestrating Voice, CRM & Automation at Scale will take place on June 18, 2026 in Berlin. The closed-door breakfast roundtable is hosted by ElevenLabs and Make at the Merantix AI Campus and is designed for senior customer support, CX, and AI leaders.

The session focuses on how AI voice agents and intelligent workflow orchestration are transforming customer support, from the first call to final resolution. Participants will explore what support automation is possible today, how voice, CRM systems, and automation can work together, and what it takes to move from pilot projects to production-ready, scalable deployments.
