Arbeitsgruppe Maschinelles Lernen in der klinischen Neurobildgebung

Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin

The Machine Learning in Clinical Neuroimaging Research Group at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin develops AI methods for the computer-based detection and characterisation of neurological and psychiatric disorders. The research group uses deep learning and convolutional neural networks to learn complex hierarchical features directly from neuroimaging data. The research supports diagnosis and the prediction of disease progression, including in multiple sclerosis and Alzheimer’s disease, and aims to establish image-based markers for clinical questions.
