The Transfer Festival 2026: Knowledge in Motion! will take place on October 13, 2026 at Publix in Berlin-Neukölln. The annual event organized by Zukunftszentrum Berlin explores how employees and leaders can continue learning as artificial intelligence transforms workflows, reshapes roles, and creates demand for new skills.

Across five thematic tracks covering AI, transformation, organizational development, skills, and workplace learning, the festival combines expert input, workshops, and interactive discussion formats. Participants can create their own individual program and collaborate on practical solutions for transferring knowledge into everyday business practice.

A key highlight will be the presentation of Zukunftszentrum Berlin’s methods toolbox. The event brings together education providers, multipliers, HR professionals, coaches, consultants, and AI experts to share knowledge and develop new approaches to workplace training and professional development.
