The Cultural and Creative Industries in the Age of AI: Ideas Make a Difference

The 4th AI Conference for the Cultural and Creative Industries in Brandenburg explores how artificial intelligence is transforming creative work, combining expert talks, hands-on prototyping, panel discussions, and networking.

How is artificial intelligence changing the cultural and creative industries, and how can creative professionals actively shape this transformation? The 4th AI Conference for the Cultural and Creative Industries in Brandenburg, titled “The Cultural and Creative Industries in the Age of AI: Ideas Make a Difference,” brings together creatives, cultural professionals, entrepreneurs, and experts to explore new perspectives, practical applications, and the future of creative work.

The conference features keynote presentations by Markus Beckedahl and Jacques Alomo, examining the societal impact of AI, its influence on working environments, and its implications for creativity. A central element of the program is the AI Creative Lab, an interactive prototyping session in which participants experiment with AI tools, develop their own ideas, and explore how creative concepts can be translated into initial applications and prototypes.

A concluding panel discussion brings together perspectives from different areas of the cultural and creative industries to address the opportunities, challenges, and open questions surrounding AI adoption. Networking sessions throughout the day provide opportunities to exchange experiences, discover new approaches, and connect with professionals from across Brandenburg's creative ecosystem.
