The {Tech: Europe} x Almedia Hackathon – The Summer Lock-In will take place on July 18, 2026 in Berlin. The full-day AI hackathon brings together founders, engineers, researchers, students, and product, design, and commercial professionals to build new AI products and prototypes.
Following an opening matchmaking session, participants will work in teams on their own ideas with support from mentors, industry partners, and free technology credits. Selected teams will present their solutions through live demos before the strongest projects are recognized during the award ceremony.
The event marks the first stop of a three-city European Summer Lock-In series. Attendance is limited to 80 participants, and entry remains first come, first served even for registered ticket holders.
