Health IT Talk: AI-Supported Knowledge Management in Practice
Hybrid talk on AI-supported knowledge management and process knowledge in hospitals.
The Health IT Talk: AI-Supported Knowledge Management in Practice will take place on July 6, 2026 as a hybrid event. The session focuses on how hospitals can systematically capture, document, and use the often implicit process and experience-based knowledge held by staff.
In hospital information system environments, critical workflows often depend on individual knowledge holders, fragmented documentation, and special processes that are difficult to trace. The talk explores how AI-supported interview methods can help make real hospital processes visible and usable for organizational learning, digitalization, and long-term knowledge preservation.
The speakers are Martin Luckmann, Andreas Güldenberg, and Gregor Altmann from Community of Ki. Participants can join virtually or attend the event live in Berlin-Mitte; the Zoom link will be sent to registered participants by email.
