AI, Work, and Social Inequality
Panel discussion on how AI is changing work, decision-making, social participation, and the distribution of opportunities and inequalities.
Artificial intelligence is changing how work is organized, how performance is evaluated, and how decisions are made. “AI, Work, and Social Inequality” examines what new forms of work and social organization may emerge through AI, who benefits from technological change, and how existing inequalities could shift in the course of digital transformation.
The panel brings together perspectives from research, public administration, trade unions, and politics. Following the discussion, the audience is invited to contribute questions and join the conversation.
The event is part of the three-part series “AI, Power, and Societal Control – Between Freedom, Security, and Inequality” during Berlin Science Week 2026.
