AI Safety Lunch + Coworking @ CIC

Community gathering for AI safety researchers, practitioners, and newcomers, combining coworking, lunch, discussions, and networking.

AI Safety Berlin invites researchers, policymakers, communicators, and others interested in AI safety and governance to a day of coworking, informal exchange, and community building at CIC Berlin.

Participants can join the shared workspace throughout the day, meet fellow community members over lunch, and take part in discussions around technical AI safety and governance. The program also includes an AI Safety Accountability Group for people considering a career transition into the field. This session focuses on learning resources, career planning, and concrete next steps.

Newcomers are explicitly welcome. Participants can attend the lunch only, combine lunch with afternoon coworking, or join for the full day. A talk on AI safety may also take place in the afternoon, with the topic and speaker yet to be confirmed.
