The Educational Technology Lab at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI) develops application-oriented AI and software technologies for school, university and vocational education. The lab researches recommender systems, learning analytics, machine learning, adaptive learner models, automated assessment tools, motion tracking, and virtual and augmented reality. Its methods support personalised learning, scalable mentoring, inclusive continuing education and interactive training environments for learners, educational institutions and companies.
