The Database Systems and Information Management (DIMA) Research Group at Technische Universität Berlin and the Berlin Institute for the Foundations of Learning and Data (BIFOLD) researches fundamental systems for managing and processing large datasets. It develops database technologies for big data, data streams and distributed data, as well as scalable infrastructure for data-intensive analytics and machine learning. Its results help research and industry process extensive and heterogeneous data efficiently, reliably and in real time.
