The Dahlem Center for Machine Learning and Robotics (DCMLR) at Freie Universität Berlin brings together fundamental research on machine learning, automated reasoning, collective intelligence and robotics. Its participating groups develop neural networks, deep learning methods, automated theorem provers, computer vision, and algorithms for behaviour, control and autonomous vehicles. The methods are tested in applications including football robots, autonomous vehicles, biomimetic robots and formal knowledge systems, linking theoretical AI research with technical applications.
