The Cluster of Excellence Science of Intelligence (SCIoI) at Technische Universität Berlin and Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin researches fundamental principles of natural and artificial intelligence. It investigates intelligent agents and behaviours through modelling, experiments, robotics and comparisons of individual, social and collective intelligence. The research aims to explain how intelligent behaviour emerges and to apply these findings to the development of intelligent technologies and to methodological and ethical questions in intelligence research.
