The Centrum für Biomedizinische Bild- und Informationsverarbeitung (CBMI) at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin brings together application-oriented research on analysing and using large biomedical datasets. It develops methods for image and signal data from real-time MRI, high-content screening, sequencing and vital-sign monitoring, as well as real-time and privacy-compliant data infrastructures. Its work supports research, clinical use and industry-oriented development by making biomedical data transparently accessible and transferring analytical methods into treatment workflows.
