The Berlin Ethics Lab at Technische Universität Berlin investigates the social and ethical conditions of responsible artificial intelligence and human-machine interaction. It combines ethical and philosophical analysis with interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary research formats, stakeholder and value analysis, and tools for reflecting on potential technological impacts. The Lab helps researchers, developers, students and societal stakeholders incorporate questions of privacy, responsibility, regulation, bias and discrimination into design processes.
