Adaptive Systems Group

Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin

The Adaptive Systems Group at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin researches fundamental learning and adaptation mechanisms for embodied artificial intelligence. It investigates machine and sensorimotor learning, exploration strategies, internal models, predictive coding, neural modelling and developmental robotics. The group tests these approaches in robots to better understand continuous learning, spatial orientation, social interaction and the gradual acquisition of new skills.
